Organisation & Governance

Everything 1st B&B offers to young people is made possible by our volunteers. There are no paid posts within the Group. Everything 1st B&B offers to young people is made possible by our volunteers who share their skills and give their time to provide young people with opportunities to develop new skills, challenge themselves and have experiences they wouldn’t otherwise have.

The provision of Scouting and all the activities is the responsibility of the Leadership Team

Governance of the Charity is the responsibility of the Trustee Board

Both the Trustee Board and Leadership Team are supported by volunteers in the Sub Teams.
These include:

• Group Admin
• Fund raising
• Maintenance of HQ
• Maintenance of the Water Base
• Equipment management and maintenance
